Speculation, Fact and Fiction

Not mine, but over on The Guardian's book bit, there's an article that I read in the Saturday dead-tree edition. Interesting stuff for those engaged in this wordsmithing game.

I'm generally reluctant to buy books about writing unless they're written by folk who've been there, seen the elephant etc, but according to Saturday's dead-tree paper, yer man James Wood has a book on fiction coming out. I shall go and do some googling, I think.
