As mentioned a while back, Norwich proved a good place for dragon spotting.

Here's the snapdragon costume, as worn during medieval Guild of St George parades, with someone inside throwing sparks and bangs into the crowds.
The little one beside it is a recent copy made by a local school.

And here are the dragon carvings in what's now called, unsuprisingly, The Dragon Hall. It was originally a medieval merchant's trading hall, and is well worth a visit. Originally there were these carvings in all the spandrels (triangulary gaps) in the roof.

Good, eh?
And if anyone with good LJ skills would care to offer any hints on how best to upload and format pictures for faster response time etc, please feel free and I shall be very grateful
